Gary Schott’s “Wonder Objects” Are Made With Love (Which They Give Back In Return)

I was so enchanted by this pocket documentary of artisan Gary Schott that I’ve decided to classify him as one of my future husbands, along with Ryan Gosling, Jason Silva, and Tom Ford.  There is something so beautifully genuine and poetic about Gary’s work, and the fact that he’s a hunky welder and master in the wood shop makes him even more adorable.  Gary’s machines are some of the most emotive and elegant little gems you will ever discover, and in the following doc Gary walks you through his mind, his concept, and his “touching” sensibilities that go into the design and theory of his Wonder Objects.  And a big two thumbs up goes out to Mark and Angela Walley of Walley Films for crafting an equally beautiful film.  Can’t wait to see what machines you design for our honeymoon Gary.  Kisses!  You can learn more about Gary’s work by visiting his website at GarySchott.com.
