Countless countries in Asia are places that many shopaholics consider a haven. These countries are shoppers’ paradise because what they find here is so beautiful, yet prices range from fairly inexpensive to even luxurious goods. Following are some destinations where you should shop next time you plan a visit to these locations.

1. Singapore

If you enjoy thrift shopping and like blingy stuff adds up to your expertise in glitz and glam; the markets in Singapore will drive you crazy. Here, you will find a vast array of shops, selling anything starting from tiny trinkets to huge upholstery at very low prices. The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands is very popular for the luxurious-looking products that they sell for such cheap prices, and of course, they are classy and modern. 2. Hong Kong

In Hong Kong, you will find all kinds of goods, makeup, jewelry, electronics, you name it, and you get it here. The places of Mong Kok and Kowloon have so many alleys of shopping markets, where you can spend countless hours buying stuff ranging from low prices to mid-range prices as well. Hong Kong boasts of the biggest departmental store called SOGO, which is famous worldwide for the variety found here. They have boutiques and eateries where you can enjoy a delicious meal and shop for your favorite items and more.

3. Dubai

This middle-eastern country is a major tourist destination. It is known as the shopping Mecca to the shopaholics of the world. One can find luxurious malls here along with places meant for thrift shopping. These malls, Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, have so many luxurious brands available in them. They have other attractions besides just shopping; they have skiing slopes and a breath-taking view of the city from sky-high malls. Neighbourhoods like Textile Souks will be your area if you like buying clothing materials that you can customize and stitch. Additionally, wall hangings and lamps are also some souvenirs one can buy here.

4. Bangkok

In Bangkok, the main shopping attractions are the street markets and eateries selling seafood and casinos. The Chatuchak weekend market is the biggest street market present in Bangkok, where one can find so many things, starting from flower vases to jewelry that is blingy and glamorous. They sell local designer goods which you definitely cannot get elsewhere. Asiatique: the riverfront is a warehouse that has so many products and electronics that they sell at reasonable prices. Akihabara shop is a place where you will find all kinds of utility gadgets and electronics that you can think of, at reasonable prices. In eateries, you will find ethnic and authentic Japanese cuisine, which you cannot forget.   

7. Shanghai

Shanghai is also known as the East’s Paris because they are an enchanting amalgamation of modern extravagance and vintage vibe. Nanjing Road in Shanghai is a huge destination for street shopping where people who enjoy thrift shopping visit. Here you can find imitation jewelry, carpets, paintings, trinkets to decorate your home. There is a place called South Bund fabric market, where you will get pieces of textiles which you did not know existed and that too, of exquisite style. These are locations set in scenic old-age houses and areas, giving you the modern vibe along with highlighting the traditions these countries hold.

8. Istanbul

Turkey, as a very modern Islamic state, has attracted countless globe-trotters. Here you will see a mix of traditions and advancement of modern technology. The architecture of the city is protruding with age-old mosques and buildings. Some of these buildings host many shops and bazaars, a plethora of alleys. The Grand Bazaar has been alive in Turkey since the time of the Ottoman empire, from around the 15th century, and still stands strong today. Here you will find traditional kiosks selling lanterns, lamps, upholstery, and exquisitely colorful ceramic goods. Istiklal avenue has many streets that have lined up bazaars and many eateries selling Kababs.
