With each passing day our world is becoming more and more robotic. From self-driving robotic cars, to autonomous weed-zapping farm robots (see video), to the incredible yet eerie robots of Boston Dynamics, we are entering the dawn of an R2-D2-esque golden age. One of the most interesting robots I’ve stumbled upon lately was recently unveiled at Milan Design Week 2018 this past April in Milan. Nicknamed Scribit, the intelligent writing robot was invented by Italian architect Carlo Ratti Associati and it can draw images and text on any wall surface, whether it be a whiteboard, glass, or even plaster.
