When you’re The Dude you are fully entitled to the finer things in life. But as Jeff Bridges can attest, even those finer things need to be let go of at some point. Whether it’s a real estate flip, or a personal decision between him and his wife, the Big Lebowski superstar is selling his exquisite Montecito vineyard estate just east of Santa Barbara. Built in 1988, the 6-bedroom, 9,535 sq.ft. estate sits on a 19.5 piece of breathtaking land overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The Tuscan-inspired home also features an 1,800 sq.ft. guest house, acres of mature oaks, olive trees, and cypress, and even a detached theater/recording studio where Bridges records his own music. Jeff and his wife Susan bought the home 20 years ago for less than $7 million from Kenny Loggins. They put it on the market for $29.5 million in late 2015, and as of today it has been reduced by 37% to $18,500,000. You can see the full listing at Sotheby’s.
