In 2014 we can use 3D-modelling to design, print, and study any form or shape our hearts desire.  Nonetheless, there are limitations to what this technology can do.  At the end of the day, there’s really nothing quite like the hands-on interaction with the real thing.  Recently, Ford opened up its design studios to give us a sneak peek at their design process for the upcoming 2015 Mustang, and among the most fascinating things we learn is how tape remains the most irreplaceable design tool of all.
