That massive winter storm that pummelled Texas and Oklahoma a couple of ago officially arrived smack-dab on top of Toronto last night and Montreal earlier this morning and I can feel every ounce of it in my pounding fucking head.  Normally it’s not a problem for me to wake up in the morning, but whenever stormy weather systems of this size sweep in it’s as if there’s an elephant sitting on my chest, and he’s inflating my head with a bicycle pump.  It’s my lunch break here at work right now, and I took some sort of decongestant which I sadly just realized is the super-drowsy kind.  So on top of my splitting headache, I also have to deal with taping my eyelids open so I don’t fall asleep.  Not a good day by any stretch of the imagination, but it’s been made all the better by fellow Montrealer MOZART’S SISTER (a.k.a. Caila Thompson-Hannant) and her brand new EP entitled Hello which she just opened up for free streaming.  You can take it for a spin yourself below, and for more from MOZART’S SISTER be sure to follow her on Facebook, Twitter, and Soundcloud.
