Trying to keep a lid on the secretive details of a movie project these days is quite a challenge — even for the savviest of producers.  Thanks to the 24-hour news cycle, hundreds of millions of people connected to social media, and countless bloggers around the world (exqueeze me) movie buffs are now privy to months-worth of behind-the-scenes deal brokering, script concepts, and photos from shoots.  And this is for even the most average of film projects.  So when a mega film like J.J. Abrams‘ upcoming STAR WARS: Episode VII goes into pre-production, fans’ appetite for information is ramped up even further.  With regards to the storyline of Episode VII, we’re still being kept in the dark as to what screenwriter Michael Arndt has up his sleeve (personally, I hope this information doesn’t get out), but one juicy tidbit that hit the web yesterday was the fact that Harrison Ford has reportedly signed on to play Han Solo once again.  Insiders close to the project revealed “It’s a done deal.”  You can read the full story by visiting The Playlist.
