The other weekend I was comatose in my bed at an ungodly hour, and I awoke to my flickering TV which was tuned into the PBS miniseries Birdsong.  Somewhere between consciousness and unconsciousness I found myself completely mesmerized by the face of one of my Future HusbandsEddie Redmayne (born in London on January 6, 1982).  There is quite simply something absolutely hypnotizing about this guy’s onscreen presence, which was perhaps amplified by the image of his stunning face floating in a small wooden boat downstream with him sporting a full three-piece period suit.  Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, be still my heart.  I haven’t yet seen My Week With Marilyn, co-starring Michele Williams, but Eddie pretty much got his big break in this film, and no he’s about to add the film HICK to his soon-to-be-enormous filmography.  HICK co-stars Chloë Grace Moretz (who plays Luli, a 13-year-old Nebraskan runaway) and Blake Lively (who plays Glenda, the woman who takes Luli under her wing).  This is one of those films where I’m not even remotely interested in the reviews — all I need is my fix of Eddie Redmayne, thank you very much.  To learn more about the film be sure to check out the trailer below, and be sure to visit the film’s page on IMDB.  You can also check out Eddie in the trailer for PBS’ Birdsong below as well.  Eddie also recently accepted a major role in the film adaptation of Les Miserables co-starring Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway, and Helena Bonham Carter.
