I’m the world’s biggest fan of VANITY FAIR yet I almost never write posts around a cover for an entire issue.  This month, however, the VF editors have made it highly post-worthy considering which leading ladies they’ve featured on their brand new annual Hollywood Issue.  In what easily qualifies as one of their best Hollywood Issue covers of all time, eleven of the fastest rising, and most talented stars are in their full glory and the triple-page foldout always comes with groupings of the actors in three categories: gold, silver, and bronze (i.e. the stars closest to the left are the hottest, the ones in the center page are of medium stature, and the remaining actors on the 3rd page are obviously big deals, but not big enough to make it onto the first page visible on newstands.  The cover features none other than 4 of my favorite budding female thespians: Rooney Mara (Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, The Social Network), Mia Wasikowska (Jane Eyre, The Kids Are Alright, Alice In Wonderland), Jennifer Lawrence (Oscar nominee for last year’s Winter’s Bone), and the amazingness that is Jessica Chastain (Take Shelter, The Help, and FEELguide’s #1 Movie Of 2011 The Tree Of Life).  The only other actor worth noting in my opinion is Elizabeth Olsen (Martha Marcy May Marlene).  Look for the VANITY FAIR Hollywood Issue on newsstands now.  It’s almost enough to make me wish I was straight.  Almost.  For all things VANITY FAIR be sure to follow them on Facebook, Twitter, and the always incredible VANITYFAIR.com.  For all FEELguide stories related to VANITY FAIR be sure to visit VANITY FAIR on FEELguide.
