This is the future ladies and gentlemen.  Gone are the days when scientists have to shove their eye into the lens of a microscope, because a team at the Institute For Melecular Medicine in Finland (FIMM) have invented a web-based microscope attached to a 46″ touch-screen display monitor, providing an incredible tool for teaching and learning.  Similar to the way one uses an iPad, users can zoom out and in to 1000X magnification.  To learn more you can visit FIMM.
