At this very moment I’m sitting in an Ottawa pub waiting for a friend and I’m eating some Thai Indian curry out of a bowl.  As I’m munching away I happen to stumble upon this incredible design for a bowl that will change the way all bowls are made from now on and I’ve found myself completely bowled over.  I am not exaggerating when I predict this design will become an essential part of all kitchens in the western world within one year.  The Obol uses a simple curved wall to separate the wet from the dry, or in my case, it would have kept the rice away from the curry cream.  I’m loving the cereal separation in their photo as well as the OREO cookies kept away from the milk.  Absolutely brilliant.
