The human brain is the most complex biological machine in the known Universe.  With each new discovery made in the field of brain science it opens up even more questions and avenues of exploration.  Although it is still filled with mysteries, what experts do know about the human brain has as much to do with its function during our sleeping life as our waking life.  In a recent CBS This Morning roundtable, Dr. Tara Narulo gives us a breakdown of all the miraculous tasks our brains get up to while we’re sleeping.  It’s as much a testament to the brain’s amazingness as it is to the importance of sleep itself.  On the matter, I’ve also attached another interesting roundtable conversation about the how’s and why’s of getting a good night’s sleep.  For more great stories about the human brain be sure to visit The Human Brain on FEELguide.  (Image courtesy of Gizmopod).
