Back in 2013 South African painter Lorraine Loots gave herself a new personal project — paint one small painting each day to help boost and maintain her creative abilities. She chose to paint each one the size of a quarter because it was something she would be able to finish in an hour. Little did she know her little side project would turn into a global phenomenon. Loots now has 193,000 Instagram followers and her tiny paintings sell for $1,000 each. Anthony Mason caught up with Loots last night at her New York show #AntsInNYC.
