Tama Impala‘s highly anticipated new album, Currents, is almost guaranteed to be the soundtrack for my summer 2015. I’ve been addicted to each new tease track they’ve dropped over the past little while, and the other day they one-upped themselves again when frontman Kevin Parker unveiled the third single, “Disciples,” during a live Reddit AMA a couple of days ago. Then, just yesterday, the Australian psych-rock masters let it be known to their fans that Currents will be officially released on July 18th.
