Director Jeremy Saulnier’s new film BLUE RUIN is blowing away festival audiences with its terrifying, almost unbearable tension.  The film is pulling in a bounty of ★★★★★ reviews, including Gabe Toro of The Playlist who writes: “It’s easily the most suspenseful American film of the year, a thriller that feels like lightning across a quiet night sky; sudden, terrifying, and excitingly singular.”The synopsis for the film reads as follows: “A mysterious outsider’s quiet life is turned upside down when he returns to his childhood home to carry out an act of vengeance. Proving himself an amateur assassin, he winds up in a brutal fight to protect his estranged family.”   BLUE RUIN is set for release in theatres and VOD on April 25th.  To enter the world of BLUE RUIN be sure to visit BLUERUINmovie.com.
