Lasertom (a.k.a. Dublin-based producer Simon Cullen) recently released his brand new LP Drift via Nang Records.  It’s ideal for a Friday night smoke-filled evening with friends — or perhaps even a night at your desk as you try and rescue your blog from almost being destroyed by a near fatal series of outrageous mistakes made my your web-hosting service (as happened to me today — but I digress).  There’s a lot of amazingness coming out of Dublin these days, and back in December 2012 I shared a small slice of it which also happened to feature some music by Simon Cullen (in the form of his music project SHIPS with partner Sorca McGrath — you can listen to it in full HERE).  NO FEAR OF POP also commissioned Lasertom to put together a mix of various tracks that inspired his atmospheric sound, and you can listen to it in full below, as well as his brand new album in the player above.
