FOUR TET (a.k.a. Kieran Hebden) is considered by most be one of the nicest guys in electronic music. Not only is he an all-around sweetheart, he’s also a generous one at that. With regards to his new album entitled Beautiful Rewind, FOUR TET had made it clear back in July there would be no promotional campaign for the LP: “No pre order, no YouTube trailers, no iTunes stream, no Spotify, no Amazon deal, no charts, no Bitcoin deal, no last minute Rick Rubin.” Love it. And along with yesterday’s announcement that the album is officially available for sale, he also opened free streaming of Beautiful Rewind. The whole thing is available below as one 40-minute set, but only for a limited time. All good things must come to an end, however, and when that time comes you can purchase your own copy of the album by visiting FOURTET.net.
