Yatzer recently gave a brilliant heads-up to director Samm Hodges and award-winning video production team ANIMAL, who recently launched a stunning short film series collaboration entitled Illusions.  The first of the eight shorts was released yesterday, and it is by far one of the most beautiful and impressive short films I’ve seen in quite some time.  In just over 6 minutes, the film explores the powerful terrain of perception, and how the human brain has a way of filtering out an enormous amount of information from the world that surrounds us, giving us a mere truncated glimpse of the complexity that makes up our everyday lives in the universe.  Narrated by the amazingness that is Bingo O’Malley, Illusions (Part One) is an exquisite powerhouse of existentialism and beauty.  For more from director Samm Hodges you can visit his Vimeo page, and for more from ANIMAL be sure to check out ANIMALvfx.com and follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
