NO FEAR OF POP recently gave a heads up to NOAH, an artist based out of Nagoya, Japan, who recently released a collaborative EP with young American producer SELA. One needs only listen to “Cold”, a standout track from the EP, to get a taste of the elegant slow-fuzz atmospherics at play here.
