Picture it: you and your best friend are both middle-aged mothers living in paradise.  Mother “A” gets hit on by the blonde son of Mother “B” and cracks open a torrid love affair.  Son of Mother “A” catches on and proceeds to put the moves on Mother “B”, resulting in the same torridness.  Such is the premise behind director Anne Fontaine‘s (Coco Before Chanel, The Girl From Monaco) latest film entitled Perfect Mothers (also known as Two Mothers), based on the novel by Doris Lessing and adapted by Christopher Hampton (A Dangerous Method, Atonement).  Say what you will about the storyline, I for one, will be the first in line when these two hot hunks take off their swimming trunks when the movie hits theatres later this summer.  For more on Perfect Mothers you can head over to The Playlist.
