Last night I came across the brand new video for “Shuga Plum” by future hip-hop superstar Gabe ‘Nandez and I was seriously blown away. Directed by Gaetano Frangella of Binocular Films, the video uses optical in-camera effects and elegant post-production superimpositions which combine to beautifully highlight Gabe’s phenomenal rapping style set to the beat of Tchaikovsky’s “Dance Of The Sugar Plum Fairy” from his 1892 ballet The Nutcracker.
