There is talent in this world, but then there is Talent. A capital ‘T’ is rightly accorded to the amazingness that is Delilah, the powerhouse popsoul singer out of London whose debut album FROM THE ROOTS UP is about to blow the world away in a very major way on July 30th. Earlier today the video for her astonishing cover of Minnie Ripperton’s “Inside My Love” hit the Interweb, and it also hit me — straight in the chest with its raw power and beauty. The video was directed dy Jake Nava, the chap who directed Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies” and “Crazy In Love”, and it stars not only Delilah, but one of the hottest dancers I’ve ever seen — if this guy’s moves don’t get y’all hot’n’sweaty in all the right places then nothing will.
