First released on October 12, 2010, Wild Nothing‘s 6-track EP Golden Haze remains one of my all-time favorite albums.  Lately I’ve been embracing the “Shuffle Songs” setting on my iPod and was reminded of how madly I fell in love with Wild Nothing’s song “Vultures For Lovers” when it first came out.  It’s so easy these days to let great music slip through the cracks considering just how much music we’re exposed to, but earlier today I found myself zipping along from Point A to Point B and was reminded just how incredible this song actually is.  Without one ounce of exaggeration, I think I could listen to this forever.  You’d be in a wild haze if you didn’t pick up your own copy of Golden Haze on iTunes.
