DIVE is one of two spin-off groups from outstanding Brooklyn-based band Beach Fossils (if you haven’t yet heard Beach Fossils’ amazing track “Daydream” then CLICK HERE).  While Beach Fossils bassist John Pena went off and created Heavenly Beat, a band that Pitchfork describes as “low-key and tailor-made for cocktail hour”, BF guitarist Zachary Cole Smith’s DIVE is much more up my alley.  The title track from DIVE’s debut 7″ is entitled “Sometime” and it’s dripping with the shimmery, guitar-driven sound that sent so many of us falling in love with BF in the first place.  You can take the plunge into more of DIVE’s music on Facebook and Soundcloud.  You can download your own copy of “Sometime” by CLICKING HERE.
