Living legend architect Jean Nouvel has just finished his incredible “Building C1”, the first phase of the highly anticipated Ile Seguin masterplan in Boulogne-Billancourt, France (it is a suburb of Paris).  The site used to be the former Renault factory, and is currently in the midst of an exciting transformation into a lively district for residents of the Ile de France and its visitors.  The entire development is scheduled to be completed in 2023, and will feature over 300,000 square-meters of cultural, social, and retails enterprises, parks, gardens, terraces, and piers.  Positioned close to the nearby Seine River, the building is loaded with incredible greenery and trees, and has has a retractable panel at the top which extends to cover the rooftop garden.
