One of my biggest dreams is to one day get a chance to hang out with Amy Sedaris.  First we would whip up some pot cookies for breakfast at her place, then do a couple hours of arts and crafts from her new book Simple Times: Crafts For Poor People, then she’d take me on her own personal tour of New York, followed by dinner back at her place with her cute-as-a-bunny rabbit Dusty, and then we’d do a midnight round of cupcake and cheeseball baking.   Ohhhhh, to dream.  As part of the promotion for her film Beware The Gonzo, Sedaris paid a visit to Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and — as always — she did not disappoint.   I love you Amy!

You can pick up your own copy of the must-have bestseller Simple Times: Crafts For Poor People over at Amazon.  To learn more about Amy’s mini baking empire be sure to CLICK HERE for a 2005 interview where Maya Rudolph sits down with Amy for a terrific one-on-one.  Amy is also one of the leading advocates in the United States for the care and protection of rabbits (the third most relinquished animal in the country).  You can check out her cute-as-a-bunny PSA by CLICKING HERE.
