I’m freaking out over this brilliant camper design by Axel Enthoven which is fittingly known as “Opera”.  Inspired by the Sydney Opera House, the camper fits perfectly into a compact 4-wheel trailer that easily clips onto the back of your vehicle and can be set up at your campsite in no time at all — it’s electric and pops itself up in less than five minutes. Once unfolded, the Opera Camping Suite measures 23-feet in length and comes with teak floors, high-grade cotton interior walls, oak detailing, LED lighting, corian counters, and stainless steel fixtures and appliances.   There are two electrically-adjustable beds which can merge into one at the push of a button, as well as a mobile stove, a foldable barbeque, a ceramic toilet, and its own gas supply. And it doesn’t end there — other treats include a wine cabinet, an efficient heating system, an espresso bar, an enclosed veranda with teak flooring, ample storage (for folding chairs, groceries, etc.), and a compass for perfect sun-positioning if you happen to arrive at your site at night time.  The Opera is priced at around $39,500 soooooooooo it looks like I’ll have to stick with my shitty tent for a few more years (although my tent does come with its very own tequila-scented floor, and several stainless steel-colored duct tape patch jobs).  To learn more about the Opera be sure to CLICK HERE.
