Like two glorious presents awaiting us under the summer music Christmas tree, these two brand new tracks from Arcade Fire just popped up online this morning.  They both premiered in the UK on The Zane Lowe Show, and word on the street is they might be part of some deluxe release of The Suburbs, or part of the Spike Jones-directed short film Scenes From The Suburbs. The first song features some vocal work from David Byrne and it’s called “Speaking In Tongues”; and the second is called “Culture War”.  The songs are made available thanks to the folks at ListenBeforeYouBuy. The quality isn’t 100%, but no complaints here.
