Some days are better than others, some days are worse than others, and some days are pretty meh. Lately, as the weather starts to get frostier (or maybe it’s just city life in general), I’m noticing that more and more of my friends and I are having days like the one Jack Nicholson is having in this scene from “Five Easy Pieces”. Some days it seems like no matter how easy it might be to order something as simple as a meal in a diner, the universe just doesn’t want you to have it.
