It’s been 34 years since identical twin sisters Lisa and Louise Burns starred in Stanley Kubrick’s horror masterpiece The Shining. The sisters were 12-years-old when they appeared at the end of the hallway in the Overlook Hotel and taunted little Danny with the words: “Come play with us, Danny — forever and ever and ever.” But the Grady girls chose not to pursue their Hollywood careers any further, opting instead for more academic achievements — Lisa earned a degree in literature, and Louise has become a microbiologist.
