It’s been 34 years since identical twin sisters Lisa and Louise Burns starred in Stanley Kubrick’s horror masterpiece The Shining.  The sisters were 12-years-old when they appeared at the end of the hallway in the Overlook Hotel and taunted little Danny with the words: “Come play with us, Danny — forever and ever and ever.”  But the Grady girls chose not to pursue their Hollywood careers any further, opting instead for more academic achievements — Lisa earned a degree in literature, and Louise has become a microbiologist.  You can see a recent photo of Lisa and Louis below, and to find out where little Danny is today you can CLICK HERE.  For all FEELguide stories related to Stanley Kubrick you can visit Stanley Kubrick on FEELguide
