    Lee Cowan of CBS profiled 63-year-old Carolyn Hopkins of northern Maine — the woman behind the voice at airports telling us to “watch your bags” or “the next uptown train will arrive in — one minute.”  Hopkins’ voice is used in hundreds of airports and train stations worldwide, so the next time you hear her in the background during your travels you can finally put a face to the name.
