I was just flipping through Smoke Don’t Smoke and came across the sounds of Subvader. Very easy on the ears on a lazy Sunday morning, and even better suited for a late night road trip as you and your Jedi posse head out in your freshly-waxed Millennium Falcon on your way to the Death Star dance floor. Here’s what SDS had to say about Subvader:
Subvader, aka Pete Wiley, is a purveyor of space sounds, a romantic at heart, and another among the growing population of rad producers/artists coming to us from Michigan. And it’s no surprise he’s buddies with Cory Levinson of Kohwi. Cory is actually who tipped me off to Pete’s music. Vibe to the max. He has a slew of music to download over at his website, and plenty more fourth coming. ‘Make Love to the Moon’ is just a taste of what is to come (the video was directed by Cory Hearns).
I went over to Subvader’s website and he has a great Soundcloud mix which you can listen to below. Visit Subvader.com for more amazingness. You can also follow him on Bandcamp, Twitter and Facebook and stream him on Soundcloud.
