The $2.2 million Intermarine 55 is a nice entrée into the yacht world.  Made by BMW Group’s DesignworksUSA and the luxury-yacht maker Intermarine, of Brazil, it is inspired by modern architecture and automotive surfacing (think along the lines of a BMW X6) and suited to hosting sun-drenched family meals or more intimate fetes while tooling along the coast.  The 57-foot-long boat will go on sale in July.  This incredible new yacht has been designed to provide the customers with the best of sea travel experience and Intermarine is targeting families with this vessel.  The Intermarine 55 comes with a hydraulic lift in the stern, that can be used to lower jet skis and dinghies, while providing a platform for the yacht’s occupants to get more closer look of the seas.  Unlike most boats of its size, she forgoes circular portholes, opting instead for large trapezoids that allow a greater amount of light and uninterrupted ocean views.

The interiors of the Intermarine 55 are equally stunning as the exterior and exuberate a sense of luxury and phenomenal lifestyle. The stern of the yacht comes with a U shaped sofa and is complimented with a cooler, cabinets and a dining area. The Intermarine 55 is powered by two diesel-powered engines and can achieve a top speed of 31 knots with a maximum cruising range of 350 nautical miles. Also, Intermarine is offering its customers with another power variant for the yacht that would come with a 2x800hp power option, where in the top speed will reach an astounding 35 knots and the cruising range will be 300 nautical miles. The Intermarine 55 has also been given two head compartments along with a master suite, that includes a queen sized bed and an enclosed shower.
