I remember seeing this special by Dr. Christiane Northrup earlier this summer on PBS and immediately calling all my sisters to tell them if they each didn’t watch it I was never talking to them again. If men could lactate, then I’m sure I was at some point while I was watching the full special–it was really that amazing and absorbing. The preview here is the only thing I could find online to show you, but if you if you subscribe to PBS and check their schedules you’ll be sure to find out how to order it on DVD or watch the remarkably informative special for free. And for all you men out there, you might actually be surprised how much you learn about women’s bodies (this information could potentially come in very useful at some point I’m sure).
Christiane Northrup, M.D., pioneer and visionary in the field of women’s health, brings her seventh special to PBS, WOMEN’S BODIES, WOMEN’S WISDOM. This program is based on the fourth revision of her classic text, and brings to viewers Dr. Northrup’s newest thinking about how women at all ages can transform their relationships with their bodies, inside and out. Premiering June 2010 on most PBS stations (check your local listings at http://pbs.org/tvschedules ).
