Nonotak Studio recently unveiled their remarkable new light installation at the Insanitus Festival in Kaunas, Lithuania, and as with all of their creations it’s out of this world. Entitled Daydream V.2, the piece uses light and sound to distort the visitor’s perception of space. Nonotak explains: “This installation is aimed at establishing a physical connection between the virtual space and the real space, blurring the limits and submerging the audience into a short detachment from reality. Lights generate abstract spaces while sounds define the echoes of virtual spaces. ‘Daydream’ is an invitation to contemplation. The frontality of the installation leads the visitors to a passive position.” To see all of Nonotak’s projects be sure to visit Nonotak.com.
