Kinetic Typeface: Typography In Three Dimensions

As part of his thesis work, Toronto grad student Brian Banton created this intelligent set of 3D fonts using plexiglass and transparent rubber bands.  The series is entitled “Heterosis” and he designed a font for each of the 26 letters in the alphabet.  You can see more of Brian’s work by visiting his website here.
